One ledger. 76 jurisdictions. One price.

Your own store, your marketplaces and your merchant-of-record platforms added up together, then measured the way each jurisdiction actually measures. Thirty days free without a card, and the public threshold check needs no account at all.

What does tax-threshold monitoring cost?

TaxesRadar reconciles every processor and marketplace you sell through into one ledger, then measures each jurisdiction the way its own law measures: gross, retail or taxable sales, with marketplace-facilitated sales counted or excluded state by state. It costs 120 USD a year, or 12 USD a month, after 30 days free with no card. A public threshold check runs free and without an account.

What you can do without paying, stated plainly

The threshold check is free and always will be. It needs no account, nothing is uploaded, and it answers the question that actually matters when you first arrive: whether you have a problem at all. Every one of the 76 rules behind it is free to read too, with the authority that publishes it linked from each page.

What the subscription buys is the running of it: every processor reconciled into one ledger so a threshold cannot be crossed in the gap between two of them, a daily scan, the alert before you cross, the date you actually crossed, and the registration pack that turns “you owe one” into a form you can file. Thirty days of that without a card, then $120 a year or $12 a month. No per-return fee, and no cut of your transactions.

What it does not do, before you find out the hard way

It tells you where you stand and proves how it got there. Everything above is a different job, and the honest version of this product is the one that says so before taking your card. What we know to be thin or missing in the data itself is published at /data.
